Guitar Camerata

Music stimulates the mind, affection and sociability. Renders motor and auditive skills and eventually brings the possibility of self-sustainability through music. We reach back to traditional Brazilian folk music, specially erudite music. 2005 witnessed an upgrade on the personal and intellectual characteristics of the participants.

Main activities carried out:

- Educational and practical workshops with Prof. Sidney José- Negro Nei.
- Participants performed shows at the following events:

● Meeting of parents of the Rotary Club (Carapicuiba, SP)
● Anniversary of the Carapicuiba Coral at local theater FUCA
● FASP (São Paulo Handicrafts Fair)
● Introduction to the Volunteer Day (Shopping Tamboré)
● Closing of the GESC workshop at the C&A (Alphaville)
● NGO FASE (Barueri)
